Nora Bishop
Nora started out as a set builder, framing flats and props on tight deadlines with whatever lumber was on hand. That world rewards speed and function over polish, and it shaped how she builds today: cheap, fast and solid enough to take a beating. She now works as a shop-organization specialist, turning cluttered garages into workshops that actually function.
Her builds are the unglamorous ones that make everything else possible — workbenches, garage shelving, sawhorses and shop fixtures, often from scrap and plain dimensional lumber. She's a firm believer that you don't need a finished hardwood masterpiece to hold your clamps; you need something square, sturdy and built this weekend.
